Returns Policy

**Please note Formal Wear, Shoes, Jewelry, Bras, Seamless bottoms, Shapers and Clearance (Steals) are all FINAL SALE and WILL NOT be accepted for exchanges or store credit.**

Bras, Shoes, Jewelry, Shapers and seamless bottoms are final sale due to Hygenic purposes.

All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, absolutely NO REFUNDS. Items must be received within 14 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit. Any claims after 14 days will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get the items back to you. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with the exchange. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. Items must be in its original condition with tags attached.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 business days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. If we are contacted after 3 business days, the item will not be accepted for replacement. Please check your shipment as soon as it is recieved.


Online orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $75.00 get FREE SHIPPING. $6 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $75.00. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Online orders typically take 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) to be processed and shipped. Order recieved Friday after 11 am PST (2 pm EST) through Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 am PST (2:00 pm EST) will be shipped the same day. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. 

We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail and typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the continental U.S. Please do not contact us about your shipment until the 11th day AFTER your order. Payment approval and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We will contact you with a follow-up email or phone call if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for shipping.
